摘 要 利用一种新型微孔曝气器一体化氧化沟工艺进行生活污水处理试验。试验结果表明,该系统具有氧利用率高、不需污泥回流系统、运行成本较低等优点。在进水COD为260~580 mg/L、TN为36~67 mg/L等条件下与HRT为15 h、SRT为24 d时,其COD、BOD5、NH3-N及TN等指标的去除率均在90%以上。

Abstract:Experiment study on use of new integrative oxidation ditch with finely porous aerating plant for domestic wastewater is conducted. This system has a lot of characteristic, such as high oxygen using efficiency, no use for the return of sludge, low running cost and so on. Experiment was made by using domestic wastewater as influent with COD and TN concentration of 260~580 mg/L and 36~67 mg/L respectively. The result showed that when HRT is 15 h and SRT is 30 d, the removal rate of COD, BOD5, NH3-N and TN reach 90%.

一体化氧化沟工艺是在充分发挥氧化沟技术优势的基础上,开发出的更为先进的氧化沟技术。该工艺具有工艺简单,操作方便,不需设污泥回流系统,设备利用率高,占地面积少和机械曝气能耗较高等主要技术特点[1]。鼓风曝气氧化沟是将充氧设备和水流推动设备分开设置的一种新型氧化沟工艺,汪永红等[2]在工程实践中,提出了投资更省、占地更少、运行费用更低的采用微孔曝气器的氧化沟工艺。利用以上两种氧化沟工艺的优点,构造出一种新型氧化沟工艺——微孔曝气器一体化氧化沟,并对其处理生活污水能力进行试验研究。
