摘要:介绍了采用序批式活性污泥(SBR)法处理屠宰废水的工程实例。本实例主要用于中小型的屠宰废水中,主要建筑物有水解酸化池、调节池、SRR 反应池。该核心工艺是SBR,其运行周期主要分为进水期、反应期、沉淀期、排水期等四个阶段。设计工艺简单、占地面积小、运行费用低、运行方式灵活。当进水CODCr为1580~2824 mg / L 时,出水可达到国家《肉类加工工业水污染物排放标准》(GB13457-92)中的一级标准,主要污染物CODCr≤100mg / L。 关键词:水解酸化 屠宰废水 涡凹气浮(CAF) SBR HydroIytic acidification一CAF一SBR Process in Treating the Slaughtering-Wastewater.

tract:The application of sequencing batch reactor (SBR)process to the treatment of slaughter-house wastewater is presented. Main structures of this design are hydroIytic acidification chamber and adjusting chamber and SBR. The SBR goes through four periods,i. e. water inflowing,reacting,settling,draining periods. The designed SBR process is characterized by simple technology,small area,low running cost and flexible operation. When the inflow CODCr is in the range of 1580~2824 mg / L,the effluent can meet the Discharge Standard of GB13457-92 and the main contamination CODCr is ≤100 mg / L.
